To get started, please select the pickup and drop-off dates, location, and your preferred vehicle on our website, then fill out the form with your information. Once the form is submitted, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the availability of the selected vehicle for your chosen dates and locations, and to answer any questions you may have. To finalize your booking, a deposit of 10% of the total rental amount is required. You will be guided on how to make this payment during our WhatsApp communication.
No, initial booking on our website does not require immediate online payment. The booking process begins with completing the form and contacting us. Your booking is only fully confirmed after we reach out to you via WhatsApp and you pay a 10% deposit.
The 10% deposit secures your selected car and ensures it is removed from availability for other clients during your requested rental period. It confirms a mutual commitment to the booking.
You will be informed of the available payment methods for the 10% deposit during our WhatsApp conversation. These may include bank transfer or other secure electronic payment methods. The remaining balance, including any applicable deposit/security fee, will be agreed upon and paid at the time of vehicle pickup.
The minimum age requirement is typically 21 years old with at least one year of driving experience. Additional conditions may apply for young drivers.
